Stephen King is missing one very important feature in this caricature...
He is a well-known and highly-devoted Boston Red Soxs fan, so, the lack of anything Red Sox related on a Stephen King caricature is... well... a bit imcomplete
He even wrote a book where one of the good Red Sox pitcher from the late 90's plays a very important role.... 'The Girl who loved Tom Gordon'
*nods wisely* X3
-- "So much darkness in the world, so much darkness, Francis. No light. Only darkness. And there is always someone who will take it upon himself. Always. Always. Always. I have become evil, but once I, too, was good..."
As a sidenote, Darby Orlney, creator of the 'Get Fuzzy' strip is also a devoted Red Sox fan, and a good baseball fan overall.
Rob is a devoted Red Sox fan (and is often seen in the strips wearing something Red Sox related), Bucky the cat is named after Bucky Dent (a yankees player from the 60s that hit a decisive homerun that killed the hopes of the Red Sox and the yankees fan would chant his name to torture poor red sox fans) and Satchel the dog is named after Satchel Paige, a pitcher of old ages that played for Cleveland, St Louis and Kansas City.
other celebrities known to be Red Sox fans include Ben Affleck and Tom Hanks

I cannot tell a lie, I am a member of the RSN (Red Sox Nation)
My room is full of Red Sox paraphernalia/memorabilia and my pick up truck has been beautified with several Red Sox decals/bumper stickers XD

We want to know what love means to you!
Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
This is a collection of deviations showing real Pinups in the classic Retro poses from various Artists. For the 4rd time I present a variation of Vintage Pinup Queens as well as fresh modern Pinup art. If you love Polkadots, seamed Nylons, Plateau-Heels and and Miles-long-legs you should not miss this collection.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
